What we collect, what we don't, and how to delete anything we hold.
Last updated: Q1 2026
We only collect what we need. We don't sell your data. You can delete everything we hold on you with a single email.
Your email is used solely to send the alerts you subscribe to, or to reply to messages you send us. We don't use it for marketing unrelated to LandWatch.ie. We don't sell, rent or share it with third parties.
We use a minimal set of cookies: one to remember your alert preferences if you return, and one for site analytics. No tracking cookies for advertising networks. You can clear these from your browser at any time.
Email privacy@landwatch.ie to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
Alert signup data is stored in encrypted databases on servers within the EU. We use secure connections throughout the site (HTTPS). We limit internal access to data on a need-to-know basis.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland if you believe we've mishandled your data: dataprotection.ie.
We update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email to alert subscribers.
